Herb Walker has started colts for 50 years and has demonstrated his skill in the show arena in roping, reining, western pleasure, trail, and halter with the making of several APHA Champions. He is also a retired APHA judge. Herb has turned over the starting of colts and training to our younger trainer Laura, but remains involved as an advisor and coach. We suggest that you visit the websites of Laura who specializes in dressage and hunt seat training, to learn more about her and see how well the horses she has started and trained are performing.
As requested, horses can be started using the natural horsemanship techniques of Clinton Anderson.
