Walker Training Stables offers 12’ X 12’ wood stalls or 12’4” X 12’4” MD stalls with rubber mats and dust free pine shavings. They are cleaned daily. Each stall has a fan for the horse during the summer. Mineral salt blocks are provided. The entire stable and indoor arena are insulated, maintaining cool temperatures in the summer and warmer temperatures in the winter. Your pasture boarded horse will have full access to the boarding stable features and services. Your horse will live outdoors in a 12 to 15 acre pasture provided with wood sheds with shingled roofs for shelter. The sheds are on rock pads covered with lime screenings. The area in front of the sheds has the same footing. The feeding area along the fence area where their grain buckets hang also has the same footing. The pasture is seeded and fertilized annually. The horses are fed their hay in their shelters when raining or snowing. Pasture boarding is limited to 4 horses per shed.
